The flexibility of the Ultrasuede® fabric and its overall delicate texture made me realize the new possibilities of synthetic leather materials. Typically, when designing stools, solid wood is considered a better material choice, but this time I feel that this fabric offers a healthier, innovative, and more sensory option. We designed several types of upholstery methods to showcase the fabric’s extensibility, with different post-processing techniques and surface treatments. I believe Ultrasuede® achieves a near-perfect design completion.
